Karina Pro serves as the Director of Human Resources for Metropolitan Family Services. In this role, she leads organizational strategy, quality management, employee relations--to strengthen employer and employee relationships, as well as customer service.

Prior to joining Metropolitan, most of Karina’s experience was obtained in the profit arena, with nearly 20 years of customer service and acquired skills with developing positive relationships. She believes customer satisfaction to be essential to creating good relationships with employees and leadership.

 Karina earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and her Juris Doctorate degree from Western Michigan Thomas Cooley Law School.
